The tournament consisted of 4 groups with 4 teams in each - with people traveling from all over Switzerland to play. A total of 18 players traveled from Zurich and formed 2 teams - 1 ZRA team and 1 with teammates from Wurenlos.

A huge congratulations goes out to Max, Will and the players, who placed first and second in the group stage. The final saw the teams up against Lausanne and Yverdon. The Zurich team finished 3rd from all 16 teams. This was a particularly big achievement - not only was it the first event where all Swiss clubs played, but the rules were new to our players. In Swiss German rugby the practice of ripping the ball is forbidden, however in the French speaking part of the country this is allowed. We're all really proud of the U10 performance and look forward to seeing what they do in spring!
